We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Site Superintendent to join our incredible team. Here are some of the responsibilities and requirements of this important position:
- Participates in open communication with our Estimators and Sales team. Reviews job plans and stock list and communicate any changes
- Manage multiple crews on different jobsites to ensure we consistently deliver the highest quality product, on time and under budget
- Lead team in a positive manner
- Develop relationships, built on trust, with customers
- Orders materials timely and ensures proper tools, manpower and Foreman packs are set up beforehand
- Ensures Foreman understands and loads all documents to Buildertrend
- Reviews Foreman’s plans of action and schedule. Confirms alignment with overall plans and goals prior to turn over to Foreman for daily oversight
- Ensures Foreman’s responsibilities are fulfilled, and excellence of service is met by providing support, walking jobs weekly, and assisting in navigating any obstacles
- Documents all issues/changes on the job ensuring all team members are made aware
- Tracks job progress, schedule and financials, daily reports
