Site Development Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and knowledgeable Site Development Sales Representative to join our construction solutions team. This role is responsible for promoting, estimating, and selling site development services, including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, drainage, paving, and related infrastructure work, to contractors, developers, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Site Development Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and knowledgeable Site Development Sales Representative to join our construction solutions team. This role is responsible for promoting, estimating, and selling site development services, including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, drainage, paving, and related infrastructure work, to contractors, developers, engineers, and other construction professionals.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, accountable, team-oriented, and committed to building trust with clients and coworkers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the site development and civil construction market.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including general contractors, developers, municipalities, and engineering firms.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals.
- Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical support and project recommendations to clients regarding site preparation, utility installation, grading, drainage, and related services.
- Track project opportunities from bid stage through completion and follow-up.
- Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, construction methods, and competitors.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, pre-bid meetings, and industry functions as required.
- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all client and team interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of site development processes including grading, excavation, storm drainage, water/sewer utilities, paving, and erosion control preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, civil plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High level of personal accountability, work ethic, honesty, and reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and construction bidding platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites and client offices.
